In House Crafted Limoncello
Limoncello is a classic southern Italian digestivo, rooted in the lemon groves of the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Sicily. Traditionally made to preserve the pure essence of the fresh lemons, it relies on a simple time-honored process of infusing hand-zested peels in alcohol then balancing with sugar and water. Served ice-cold at the end of the meal, it reflects Italian hospitality, restraint and the pleasure of lingering on the table. Crafted in-house by mixologist Shubham Thakur, our limoncello is produced in small batches using hand zested lemons and a carefully controlled infusion to extract only the fruits essential oils. The result is clean, bright and balanced with a smooth finish that honors the tradition it comes from. Alongside the classic expression, Shubham also creates seasonal house infusions of strawberry, blueberry and espresso. Each made with the same precision and care.
